We've carved out our own path to success, which is all about teamwork and curiosity. We love to question everything and try new things. And it seems our employees agree on our approach - we've earned the Great Place to Work® certification in Canada, Philippines, Mauritius, Ireland, and the USA. We're on the lookout for people who share our beliefs and are as passionate about our values as we are.
This Opportunity
We create cutting-edge technology to make our work as precise and reliable as possible. But we know that technology can only go so far - when it comes to client interactions and navigating the complexities of NAVs, that's where our personal touch makes all the difference. If you're detail-oriented, an excellent communicator and genuinely dedicated to client satisfaction, we'd be thrilled to discuss having you join us as an Account Manager on our innovative team.
Joining Opus offers you the unique advantages inherent to smaller companies in a sector dominated by larger entities. At our core, we value agility, personalized impact, and collaboration. You'll experience a level of flexibility and innovation that allows for more creative and rapid responses to industry changes and client needs. Working with us, your ideas and contributions directly influence our direction and success. If you're drawn to the idea of making a big impact in a company where every individual’s contribution is recognized and valued, we’d love to hear from you.
Here’s what you’d be doing as an Account Manager:
- Act as the primary point of contact or escalation for private equity clients, ensuring that they get a quality and timely product, with your support on queries where they need it.
- Monitor the workflow and collaborate with colleagues to achieve on-time delivery for all internal and client deliverables.
- Review and approve NAV calculations for several funds per month, ensuring a 99% accuracy rate.
- Assist in preparing NAV calculations as needed to meet client deliverables.
- Assist in implementing initiatives that make sure the right people are doing the right work at the right time.
- Ensure that all processes and activities adhere to company procedures and compliance policies.
- Offer your professional insights to suggest improvements to tools, controls and processes.
- Assist in coordinating annual audits and the preparation of audited financial statements, ensuring a 100% completion rate within audit timelines.
